Chris Ginnane - Founder/CEO-Managing Member

Chris founded Netpique after working in the sales outsourcing industry since its inception. Earlier, he owned and operated a large textile manufacturing business in Massachusetts. He has developed and managed outsourcing solutions for diverse Fortune 100 companies, including those in the telecomm, energy, internet technology, office supply, financial services and medical device industries.

Cindy Campbell - Chief Operations Officer

With more than three decades of corporate experience, Cindy started in sales. She spent 19 years with GTE Corporation, eventually advancing to the position of VP of Business Information Services. She also spent 14 years with Office Depot, where as Executive Vice President of the Business Solutions Division, she helped achieve industry-leading growth.

Dawn Ginnane - President/Managing Member

As a Managing Member of Netpique, Dawn has operated “behind the scenes” since Netpique’s founding. Previously, Dawn held senior management positions in the Newspaper and publishing industry. Dawn’s growing contribution to Netpique’s financial governance, growth initiatives and marketing support assists Netpique’s overall strategic planning objectives.

Jim Robinson - Vice President HR

Jim Robinson joined Netpique in 2007 after spending the 20 preceding years in operations management with companies such as Brinker International and Kinko's. With responsibility for HR, payroll, and ensuring compliance on federal, state, and local levels, Jim ensures a seamless transition from our clients’ vision to sales market implementation. He consistently maintains high quality brand representation standards with the sales force by establishing and enforcing strict guidelines for integrity adherence.

Shanyn Smith - Director of Finance

Graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Shanyn brings 25+ years of Tax and Accounting experience to the Netpique roster.  Shanyn began working in a small tax office during college and after graduating, moved on to Controller positions in the medical and construction industries – all while owning and operating her own Tax Business.  Shanyn joined the Netpique family in 2011 as an office administrator and accounting assistant.  Moving onward and upward, Shanyn is now our Director of Finance and Tax Compliance Officer.  

Megan Bussjager - Director of Recruiting

Megan started at Netpique in 2006 as a Receptionist and Account manager, and helped to develop the sales tracking systems currently in use today.  In 2011 Megan transitioned to the recruiting department.  Now the Director of Recruiting, she is responsible for maintaining a full and productive headcount for all of Netpique’s sales outsourcing teams, as well as originating and implementing procedures to optimize the hiring process. 

Danny Conard - Director of Operations

Danny joined Netpique in 2006 as a Sales Representative, and eventually moved up to his current position via Netpique's Career Development Program. With more than ten years of experience in sales, management and strategic planning, he is responsible for training curriculum development, field and client support and Netpique’s information systems. Danny holds a BA in Business Management from Purdue University.
