Ryan Knauss joined Netpique in 2007 and brings more than 10 years of experience in sales outsourcing management. Mr. Knauss is adept in recruiting, training, team building and improving sales team performance. He is an exceptional public speaker, mentor and coach, while tenacious in new business development and procuring strong relationships with external business partners. His responsibilities include working directly with the CEO and Senior Management in strategically creating new sales procedures, mapping business refinement and executing national expansion.
Prior to Netpique Mr. Knauss was the President/ CEO of Westward Inc, launched in Phoenix, AZ in 2001. He assembled and grew its reach into 14 other cities around the country with over 300 employees dedicated to brand representation and market share growth. Industries of expertise include: Telecommunications, Office Supplies, Merchant Processing, Broadband, Technology, Start –Ups, Beverage and Sanitation.
